Equipment Manager Sparky Gonzales was named the 2017 David “DH” Nordstrom Equipment Manager of the Year by the NBAEMA (National Basketball Athletic Equipment Managers Association) in Chicago today.
Gonzales has been with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment for 40 years and has held his role as equipment manager for the Denver Nuggets for the past 18 seasons.
